I'm Amanda, but you can call me Mandy. Lucky you, right?
Now, I wasn't always an english education major. No, I started off my career at FSU as a pre-med student. Before my first semester even started, I changed my major to nursing. After taking BSC2010, I decided that nursing wasn't for me after all...or, in plainer language, there was no way I was ever taking another science class again after that nonsense. So, I switched over to the psychology department.
Psychology was amazing, is amazing, but simple in form and not exactly the degree that leads to a plethora of career opportunities; well, not with a Bachelors, anyway. So, I pushed the psychology focus to a minor. Smart move, on my part.
So what am I majoring in, you ask? Well, I already told you. English Education! So, instead of taking Intro to Abnormal Psychology, I'm taking Intro to Shakespeare and Poetry Technique. (Thank you, Drop/Add!)
...
Lucky for me, I'm an excellent poet. And I love Shakespeare. Good decision, Mandy. Good decision.

Hello?!
I almost switched my major to Nursing. But the advisor was HORRIBLE and before the semester was over I wasnt really feeling it. So I stuck with education.
And urggh Shakespeare x.x I had a teacher who has a masters in the study of Shakespeare (back in high school) and I swear if he came back to life, Mr Jones would try and marry him
Psychology -is- amazing!! Though, I'm an English Education major, too! See you in all our required classes!! :-)
I love Shakespeare, too!
